For a detailed description of the respective program, course contents, catering and logistics please check our course catalogue. In case of any interference to the scheduled course program due to the teacher / organizer as also by third parties (i.e. delay or outage of transportation / accommodation facilities), we will seek for an alternative to offer food (if included), basic accommodation and yoga classes as described in the course catalogue of the respective program but cannot be held responsible for any insufficiencies. Travelling in a foreign country can always bring unforeseen events. There won’t be any cash refunds under any circumstances.

Liability Disclaimer:

Shiva Rishi Yoga does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in the yoga vacation program offered.

In consideration for your participation in one of our yoga programs, the individual, group, organization, business, spectator, or other, does hereby release and forever discharge Shiva Rishi Yoga and its teacher, board, organizer and other participants, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in any offered yoga vacation program.

This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. The provisions of any state, federal, local or territorial law or state providing substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages which are known or unsuspected to exist at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby expressly waived.

The participant hereby agrees on behalf of its heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, to indemnify Shiva Rishi Yoga and its and its teacher, board, organizer and other participants, jointly and severally from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by participating in any yoga vacation program.

Notice of risk: This service can at times involve substantial risk of injury or other dangers. Dangers peculiar to such activities include, but are not limited to yoga practices and also extent to general risks of travelling, illness, loss of belongings etc. against which the individual is advised to take necessary precautions on its own.

It is further understood and agreed that all information and contents provided in teachings are interpretations according to the author’s opinion. Shiva Rishi Yoga does not replace medical advice, professional diagnosis, opinion, treatment or services. If you believe to suffer from a severe illness please consult a professional doctor. If you believe you have any other health problem, or if you have any questions regarding your health or a medical condition, you should promptly consult your physician or other healthcare provider. Never disregard medical or professional advice, or delay seeking it. In case you experience acute health problems during the course, we advise you to seek professional help in a hospital.
